Before you plan your studies in Malaysia, here is a list of essential items and important things to bring or consider:
• Bring along your offer letter for immigration purpose to facilitate entry clearance.
• Check whether you have a valid passport (check that it is not just about to expire).
• If you are taking prescribed medicines, bring along a letter from your doctor explaining what they are for.
• Your airline ticket.
• Letter of Scholarship Award
• Complete the Health Form for International Students
• Enough money (equivalent to RM500.00) for your basic needs during the first week and to open a bank account.
• You do not need to bring along any beddings. It will be provided for you upon your arrival.
You are required to notify our Student Services Unit (SSU) on your time and date of arrival so that airport pick up can be arranged for you upon arrival.
